TxDLA Seeks Leaders Like You!
TxDLA needs members like you to help implement our mission and goals. TxDLA leaders provide guidance, direction, and inspiration to achieve the association's goals and empower others to realize their leadership potential. Many of the board positions are nominated and elected by the general membership, while other positions are nominated and elected by the board.
Any member in good standing may be nominated for a leadership position. All TxDLA leaders are expected to be innovative in recruiting new members and in creating and maintaining membership services, be a mentor for new leaders, and be supportive of other Officers, Board Members and Committee Chairs.
Below is a link to detailed job descriptions of the all positions. Board nominations and elections typically occur in the fall of each year; however, there may be vacancies to be filled throughout the year from time to time as needed.
