Awards

This is the time of year that TxDLA seeks nominations to honor the best and brightest leaders in distance learning. Membership in TxDLA continues to grow each year and many practitioners are working diligently to grow programs and to utilize distance learning in exemplary ways. A great way to showcase why Texas is becoming a leader in distance learning is through the annual TxDLA Awards program. Awards are given to honor outstanding teachers, TxDLA members, individuals and organizations and will be announced at the TxDLA conference each spring.

NOTICE: 2013 AWARDS NOMINATIONS HAVE CLOSED AS OF FEBRUARY 11, 2013. You may submit a nomination, but it will be considered for 2014 awards.

We are pleased to announce that you now have two choices when submitting a nomination!

OPTION 1: We have added a new, shorter process that allows you to nominate an individual by name, contact information and award name only. The individual will be contacted by TxDLA to inform them of the nomination. If your nominee accepts the nomination, we ask that they provide the required bio and achievements. In other words, you nominate the individual and we will do the rest to complete the process. Please submit your nominee's name and email address, along with the name of the award you would like to nominate them for (as well as any comments you might want to add) via email to: bquintanilla@crosbyisd.org

OPTION 2: You may choose to complete the entire nomination form yourself on behalf of your nominee, and submit it directly to the Awards Committee by using the form below:
